Order Processing & Shipping Times
Orders placed by 1:00 p.m. CST ship the same day, provided items are in stock.
Orders placed after 1:00 p.m. CST will typically ship the next business day.
Product availability is not guaranteed. If an item is out of stock, Jenner Depot will notify you via email with an estimated arrival date. Most out-of-stock items can be sourced and shipped within 10–12 business days.
Unless otherwise specified, all orders will ship complete. Jenner Depot may ship items separately (partial shipments) if it helps fulfill your order faster, at no additional shipping cost unless otherwise noted.
Ground and LTL lead times vary by destination. Most orders arrive within 2–7 business days of shipment.
If guaranteed delivery is required, please select an expedited option such as Second Day Air or Next Day Air.
Delivery dates are estimates only and not guaranteed. Jenner Depot is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other events beyond our control.
Shipping Shortages & Damage
Carrier’s Responsibility
Once a carrier signs for and accepts a shipment at our warehouse, it is their responsibility to deliver it complete and undamaged.
Customer’s Responsibility
Inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival. Before signing the delivery receipt, verify:
Quantities match the packing slip and delivery receipt. If there is a shortage, note the part number and quantity on the delivery receipt and keep a copy.
No visible damage (e.g., torn boxes, broken pallets, damaged parts).
If damage exists, note it clearly on the delivery receipt and keep a copy.
⚠️ Important: Without shortage or damage notations on the delivery receipt, claims cannot be filed.
Force Majeure / Unforeseen Events
Jenner Depot is not liable for delays, non-delivery, or damage caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, strikes, labor shortages, transportation interruptions, or weather events.
