Refund policy
Shipping/freight charges are not refundable unless the return is due to an error by Jenner Depot.
A copy of the invoice or packing slip must be included with the return to receive full credit. If not included, a 20% restocking fee will apply.
Returns are credited based on when the item is received by Jenner Depot:
- Within 30 days of invoice date: Full credit
- 31–60 days after invoice date: 80% credit
- 61–90 days after invoice date: 60% credit
- After 90 days: No returns accepted
The return date is determined by the date the items arrive at Jenner Depot.
Items must be returned unused, in original packaging, and in original condition.
Return Exclusions
The following items cannot be returned:
- Wholegood parts and attachments including sprayer booms, tanks, nurse tanks, frames, toolbars, pump assemblies, hitch kits, mounting kits, brackets, and structural components
- Electronics including displays, monitors, control modules, ECUs, rate controllers, wiring harnesses, sensors, GPS components, switches, and terminals
- Cut hose (including hydraulic hose), chain, or belting
- Special order parts (non-stocking items)
- Any items that have been used
Damaged Merchandise
Inspect all merchandise immediately upon delivery.
Any shortages or damage due to carrier mishandling must be reported directly to the carrier.
Jenner Depot is not responsible for damage that occurs during outbound or return shipping.
To help support damage claims, we recommend taking photos of any damage before signing for delivery.
