Important Compliance Information
Sales tax will be charged on all orders until a valid and properly completed exemption certificate is received, reviewed, and approved by Jenner Depot.
Submission of a form does not guarantee exemption approval.
The purchaser is solely responsible for determining eligibility and for the proper use of exempt purchases under state law.
Exemption certificates must be kept current and on file as required by state regulations.
Customers must immediately notify Jenner Depot of any changes to business status, ownership, address, or exemption eligibility.
Jenner Depot reserves the right to collect sales tax if documentation is incomplete, invalid, expired, or not applicable to the items purchased.
